Role Purpose:


As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients' talent acquisition strategies. Your responsibilities include attracting top candidates, delivering exceptional experiences to clients and candidates, and achieving revenue targets.

Client Engagement:

  • Achieve revenue targets in line with agreed goals.
  • Independently schedule and conduct client meetings.
  • Successfully cross-sell services and generate leads for colleagues.
  • Increase market awareness of the business through effective digital communication and social media strategies.
  • Build a strong personal brand and reputation among clients.
  • Establish expertise in your chosen sector.
  • Develop a pipeline of prospective clients and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Drive new business development by turning prospects into loyal clients.
  • Advertise vacancies effectively and manage recruitment campaigns.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience at every interaction.
  • Foster relationships that enhance client loyalty.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships by understanding clients’ structure, culture, and hiring preferences.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Build a credible personal brand among candidates.
  • Develop and manage a process to maintain a robust candidate pool.
  • Headhunt, interview, and assess potential candidates, matching them to client needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience consistently.
  • Screen candidates and create tailored shortlists for client interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and selection processes effectively.
  • Support candidates in preparing for interviews and career opportunities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and promote job opportunities.
  • Identify and convert candidate leads into placements.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates to support ongoing recruitment efforts

Measures of Success:

  • Meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.

  • Adherence to established processes and procedures.
