A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team, covering a large heritage site based in Guildford, Surrey.
The Role As the Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
- Providing ppm, reactive and corrective maintenance on a range of commercial building fabric equipment.
- Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on General Plumbing, Painting and Decorating, carpentry, door handles, fire doors, rails and etc.
- Working apart of a big team to provide total Hard FM to the client.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role of Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Ideally hold a Level 2 in a fabric trade i.e. Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing etc.
- Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Can do attitude, willing to be flexible and support other areas of the business when needed.
