Position Title: Recruitment Consultant - FM and Property
Location: USA (Remote) with travel to Birmingham, England
Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports to: Director of International Recruitment

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant specializing in Facilities Management (FM) and Property to join our international team. This role offers the unique opportunity to operate from the USA while also spending time in Birmingham, England, to develop and maintain key relationships within the UK market. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in the FM and Property sectors, working with clients and candidates across both regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the FM and Property sectors in both the USA and UK.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies.

Candidate Sourcing and Management:

  • Identify, engage, and assess top talent in the FM and Property sectors using various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet client specifications and industry standards.
  • Manage the candidate journey from initial contact through to placement, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.

Market Research and Business Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities in the FM and Property sectors.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the client base in both the USA and UK.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to effectively advise clients and candidates.

Compliance and Administration:

  • Ensure all candidates meet compliance requirements, including relevant certifications and legal documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the Birmingham office for seamless cross-border operations and support.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the FM and Property sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the FM and Property job markets in both the USA and UK.
  • Demonstrated success in client management and business development.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative international team.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel between the USA and Birmingham, England, as needed.
  • Legal authorization to work in both the USA and UK.
  • A valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
