Day to day duties;
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies and action plans by researching lists of high potential prospects.
- Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals.
- Produce and maintain market information relevant to territory. Reporting competitor’s activity and new potentials on the market.
- Analyse selling situations and create customer-focused solutions.
- Build long term relationships with target customers based on a consultative sales approach
- Collaborate with other group departments to ensure that a full understanding of operational requirements is achieved and maintained.
- Commercial sales experience, including major accounts sales of commercial cleaning or related industry experience within a national organisation
- A keen interest in commercial cleaning and customer service
- Proven sales ability with a blend of small, local and high-level national corporate contacts
- Entrepreneurial attitude, leadership ability and ability to be a team player at all levels
- Strong Account Manager with a proven track record of leading Sales discussions within a commercial environment
- Ability to manage, influence and collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy and strong and ethical negotiation skills
- Ability to assemble, manage, motivate and influence team members. Ability to excel in an environment of high autonomy to produce business results.
- A high of level of passion, energy, excitement and intensity
- Valid driver’s license and can be highly mobile.
