Project Management specialist for a large FM service provider to support the centralisation of a number of back office functions including Helpdesk.

Key Responsibilities are:
   
•Input to the creation of the overall process design and manage specific elements of the transition plan as we mobilise the new processes across the whole UK organisation
•Set up and run workshops to understand the current landscape and the process needs of our operational, financial and excellence teams
•Review the requirements of the business and map how they translate to the UK strategy
•Analysis of business processes to ensure that processes and data have alignment
•Identify risks and opportunities around current and proposed structures
•Mapping of current processes against the design to identify impact and gaps; create mitigation for risks or propose amendments
•Analysis and documentation of Processes within core systems, along with definition of field functionality and interaction with other supporting data
