We are currently looking for a client facing Facilities Manager for a blue-chip client, you will be working as a managing agent. You will be managing the subcontractors and their delivery of hard & soft services. You will need to be an energic person with bags of talent to match.
  • Experienced Facilities Manager
  • Ensure that standards are maintained across the sites and coordinate the Maintenance
  • Management of Sub Contractors on site who deliver the Hard and Soft services
  • Responsible for raising purchase order for Facilities & checking invoices
  • Management of the security within the building
  • Manage site with remote management of other sites with site visit on a sporadic basis
  • Management of the Compliance and H&S ensuring the site meets relevant standards
  • Identify and mange any risk in relation to non-compliance
  • FM Provider
  • Previous experience within a similar role essential
  • Previous experience managing Sub contractors across hard and soft services
  • Hard services background
  • Strong PC-based computer skills:
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Key team player and a can-do attitude willing to tackle issues hands on
  • Organised, efficient and detail-oriented
  • Strong client rapport building
  • Previous experience with compliance and Health & Safety
  • Based in London
  • Education background desirable
