We are recruiting for a Cleaning Specialist for an SME business based in the North West who are undergoing a period of growth, this organisation has grown significantly over the last 5 years and they have an ambitious target to double their turnover in the next 5 years. They have a fantastic reputation as a customer centric business they operate across commercial, leisure and retail sectors.
Reporting to the facilities director, the role will include business improvement, pricing, and mobilisation of new contracts.
Your new role
As the business develops and grows, they are looking to standardize their cleaning delivery and therefore need an individual with a good background within cleaning and soft services, key areas of responsibility include.
- Monitoring contract performance and improvement
- Developing solutions for a portfolio of clients across public and private sectors
- Reviewing labour costs, control and productivity
- Assisting with the mobilisation of new business
- Improving procedures and quality assurance
- Attending client meeting and presentations
- Working with the supply chain regarding supplies and equipment
You will have a proven track record across cleaning/soft services operations and business improvement. Knowledge of pricing and solution development would also be an advantage as would IOSH/BICS qualifications.
