A great exciting opportunity has come available for a Bid Lead to join a facilities management provider working across their public sector portfolio.
You will be responsible for capturing shaped and qualified new business opportunities as well as developing existing client relationships to ensure the successful retention of business and maximising the full potential of existing opportunities 

Day to day duties;
  • Prepare, manage and co-ordinate end to end bid submissions
  • Coordinate and prepare internal governance reviews
  • Positively engage with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Writing reports and analysing relevant business data
  • Determining the reasons for profits and losses
  • Promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business
  • Finding new clients and promoting sales to them
  • Raising the company profile by attending expositions and seminars
  • Suggesting new projects such as product development to tap into new markets
  • Assisting with investment and financial decisions to benefit the company
Ideal candidate;
  • Commercial and Financial Awareness
  • Detailed knowledge on Hard FM/ Mobile Tech solutions
  • Business Development experience
  • Experience within the healthcare and Education settings would be an advantage
  • Proven record of successful sales
