Your new role

We are looking for a modern, tech savy and customer driven Account Lead to strategically and tactically manage a major technology account. You will be responsible for a number of key areas
  • Developing and leading a large FM service team including outsourced service partners
  • Harnessing technology and data to drive contract growth
  • Developing key customer relationships internally
  • Working with other countries and territories to identify best practice
  • Managing a large service budget
  • Ensuring commercial and contractual compliance
  • Constantly striving to innovate, challenge and norm and bring fresh ideas to the contract
What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a real shining star in this role, you will be at the absolute cutting edge of FM technology and have the ability to use data and analytics to improve customer experience and performance. It is also vital you can manage service teams and create client relationships to promote contract growth and development. Experience of EMEA or Pan European FM service delivery would be desirable but not an absolute must.
