On Friday, 31st January, we held our 5th annual conference in the delightful setting of New Hall Hotel in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.
The day began with a review of our achievements in 2019 in which we grew our sales by 104%, retained and added some exceptional customers to our client base, and saw some phenomenal team and individual performances.
2019 was a year of significant change at Boden Group including new desks, promotions, new countries and much more and we celebrated some key milestones including:
17 newcomers into the team
12 promotions across the business
Launched our international desk
In the 2nd part of the morning session, our MD James introduced our Four Pillars to becoming an EXCEPTIONAL business and what this can mean to our customers, candidates and our people. We split into groups to share ideas of how we use these pillars to strive to be exceptional and presented these back on stage.
Systems, Process & Technology
Following a hearty lunch (and a couple of drinks) we began our “The Drumming Workshop”. Picture a group of 30 Recruiters attempting to master a South American Samba Percussion tune and you can probably hear the racket yourself!
