The Challenge
Greenland Group came across many challenges trying to fill this position. They needed to find candidates with specific education and qualifications as well as having well known previous employers.
In addition to many obstacles, the press Greenland Group had made it harder as it limited the candidates that would be happy to interview there.
The Result
We were asked to place exceptional candidates into a Chinese government lead company. Although this was a slow process, we built a partnership with Greenland Group and places all vacancies they instructed us on.
