CBRE is a global comprehensive commercial real estate services and investment firm. CBRE offers a broad range of integrated services, including facilities, property management, transaction and project management to name a few services.
The Challenge
CBRE had an urgent requirement for an immediately available Site Manager. With a project based in Ipswich and the potential candidate based in Halifax. The next step was organising an interview at a convenient time for the candidate and hiring manager quickly.
The Result
We set up a meeting room on our virtual meeting platform, BodenConnect, for the interview. Using BodenConnect meant that the interview was conducted from two different locations and didn’t require any travel from either party.
As a result of a rapid turn around the candidate received excellent feedback and was placed to start with CBRE the same week.
