Are you an experienced QEHS Advisor? Experienced on pharmaceutical or GMP sites? Is quality at the heart of everything you do?

Boden Group are working with a leading Facilities Management company to recruit a QEHS Advisor for a pharmaceutical client site in County Meath. Reporting into the Quality Assurance Director, your role will be to ensure GMP-compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards, acting on and escalating any quality issues on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring GMP compliance towards client and company quality standards.
  • Acting on any quality issues and escalations, resolving them effectively and professionally.
  • Liaising with the client to keep them informed on any quality issues on site.
  • Designing and implementing an annual global quality plan for client and company activities.
  • Establishing a quality assurance manual and standard operating procedures (SOPs) on site.
  • Approving and implementing corrective and preventative action (CAPA) on site.
  • Signing off on related training documentation and establishing GMP-specific training for staff.
  • Developing an audit plan for the site, carrying out internal and third-party audits as required.  
  • Hosting authority inspections of national pharma segment operations and the national PQMS.
  • Approve self-inspection plans from the site.
  • Establishing and maintaining QA agreements with subcontractors.
  • Perform yearly subcontractor risk assessments.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in a QEHS role, ideally within a pharmaceutical or GMP environment.
  • Strong QEHS experience with an emphasis on quality management in previous roles.
  • Relevant QEHS qualifications.
  • Excellent knowledge of Irish HSEQ legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people at all levels and translate complex concepts.
  • Able to work proactively under own initiative in a high-pressure and reactive environment.
