Contract Support Administrator - Permanent - £22,000 - £23,000 per year - Coleshill - Monday – Friday / 8 am – 5 pm 

Details of the role:

  • Contract Support
  • Liaise closely with the site team and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, timesheets and holiday records.
  • To undertake general office duties relating to the contract including.
  • Correspondence and filing.
  • General Admin and front of house duties

 Required Experience:

  • FM Background
  • Finance experience eg ( PO's & Invoicing) 
  • Must live a commutable distance from Coleshill
