Boden Group have partnered with a global Facilities Management service provider, who are looking for an Asset Manager to join their team in Northern Ireland. As part of the Assets team you’ll be developing, managing and improving the asset management framework for a prestigious public sector contract.

You’ll need to have experience in technical Asset Management, ideally with a construction/QS background. This is a permanent, full time role based from Belfast with some travel across sites in Northern Ireland.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing, deploying and improving the asset management framework for the client and supply chain organisations.
  • Using asset management data to inform and coordinate other service delivery such as planned and reactive maintenance and projects.
  • Ensuring the delivery of asset management is standardised across multiple sites and supply chains.
  • Continuously reviewing and updating the Asset Management database with relevant information from maintenance operations
  • Developing the building surveying program in line with the asset register and lifecycle processes
  • Implementing and auditing all data management and change control protocols
  • Training, developing, and up-skilling all members of the team and supply chain involved with asset management


What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in an asset management role, ideally within a construction environment
  • Membership of CIOB/RICS/CIBSE
  • Qualified in an Engineering or Technical discipline
  • Familiar with CAFM systems
  • Organisational skills, ability to plan and prioritise tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality driven approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
