Birmingham SIFA Fireside
2020 was a tough and challenging year for everyone, none more so than the homeless and vulnerable throughout the UK.
To thank those who worked with us over the year, we donated £5 per candidate we placed into a job since January 2020.

Pizza for the NHS
Throughout the national lockdown and the COVID-19 pandemic, we kindly donated pizzas to the hospital wards dealing with COVID-19 across the West Midlands.
Baby Aid Birmingham
We donated £500 to Baby Aid Birmingham and delivered baby essentials to new Mums in Birmingham who struggled to afford the basics for them and their babies during the pandemic.

St Basils are our chosen partner charity and have been for three years. In this partnership with support St Basils with their employability and CV workshop programmes which they run throughout the year.
As we believe every young person should have the opportunity to work experience and work, we have also been able to provide young people from St Basils with a chance for permanent paid employment.
Aaron Higgins, Associate Director of Boden Property is a ambassador for LandAid. We support LandAid by taking part in local and national events throughout the year to help raise funds for LandAid.
LGBT+ in FM committee
As the LGBT+ community is a growing group within the wider community, we feel that it is highly essential to be involved with a group that aims to support and create a safe and open space within the facilities management and built environment sectors.

The Princes Trust
The Prince’s Trust supports young people aged 13- 30 years from disadvantaged backgrounds find and get into employment, education or training. To support ENGIE, we delivered a series of employability and CV workshops throughout the two-week programme.
